There is magnification at top, bottom with a no line adjustment between. These are large, and be prepared to see every fine line or blemish around your eyes magnified.Comfortable on face, behind ears, and not overly slanted with the 'cat eye' design. But 2.5 wasnt strong enough and really had to tilt head back to have a small area of magnification. Previously ordered glasses online, with top part clear and 2.5 magnification at bottom. Had Lasix some years ago and now need 2.75 reading glasses. Sticking to bifocals for now.ģ Good, maybe temp. However, when I tried to drive in them, the top part was just too strong and I had to remove them. They were fine when I was reading or using the computer, and seeing shorter distances at home. I would rate them higher, but they just didn't work for me. The shape and style are very nice, I like them and they do work good, just not excellent like the previous brand.Ĥ Nice glasses, just not for me I've been trying to avoid going to an optometrist for an expensive prescription pair of progressives, and I was hoping these would work. During my search I found these for half the cost and tried them and they are worth the money and now I have an extra pair.Why 4 stars? This brand is not as clean and crisp visually during the transition from reading to speaking to someone at a distance. I could not find the same style and shape I bought previously at a retailer and was hoping Amazon would have them.
You can read and have a conversation with someone at the same time without removing your readers to look at your computer or another person. I can't give them a very good rating since they didn't last very long. Broke after a couple of weeks These were fine at first but after a few weeks of everyday wear they simply BROKE in have at the Bridge.
